Woolson Soundcraft is, by choice, a one-person enterprise. I personally spend a generous amount of time with each customer to help discover the guitar of his or her dreams. I meticulously perform each task of the guitar's construction and personally assure that every instrument that bears my name is of the highest quality money can buy.

This is a time-intensive process and, as a result I currently have a waiting list of approximately 12 to 14 months to deliver a completed instrument. Occasionally, slots become available and this allows me to deliver an instrument faster than promised. However, I assure you that I will never "rush" to finish an instrument or sacrifice quality in any way. A custom instrument is a treasure that will last a lifetime, and it is one that deserves to be built right.

My instruments have a base price of $3,750 for standard models, and optional woods, features and appointments can be added or substituted for an additional cost. Please click here to review all options.

I require 1/3 of the final price, $500 of which is non-refundable, to be paid when an order is placed, and the balance to be paid in advance of shipping the guitar.

I offer a 48 hour satisfaction guarantee. You may return the guitar for any reason within this 48 hour period if you believe that my work, or the instrument I have built for you does not live up to everything I have promised that it will. Should you decide not to keep your guitar you must contact Woolson Soundcraft at (608) 238-7803 to arrange a return and refund. The customer is responsible for return shipping and must insure the guitar for the full retail value. Any damage resulting from the return shipment is the responsiblility of the customer and carrier. Woolson Soundcraft will not refund a guitar that has been damaged in return shipment. If the guitar is returned unscathed, a refund, minus the initial non-refundable deposit of $500, will be issued.

Beyond this 48 hour period, all Woolson Soundcraft instruments are guaranteed for life by Woolson Soundcraft to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, subject to limitations contained in this warranty.

This warranty is extended to the original owner only, and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
